Omitting information to buyers is illegal and intentionally misleading them is even worse however adding vague language in a contract so everything is left to interpretation is screwing people over. I feel very manipulated by the treatment I received by my agent. Partly my fault for not getting a buyer agent and trusting my dual agent to do the right thing. So I give her 2 stars instead of 1 because I blame myself for making a bad decision using them. I would NOT recommend.
